Principal’s Message

Castleview Elementary School Principal

Welcome to Castleview Elementary School—home of the Dragons!

I am incredibly proud to serve as the principal of this amazing school. At Castleview, we are committed to fostering both academic excellence and social-emotional growth for every scholar. Our dedicated staff partners with our supportive families to ensure that each child thrives in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Family engagement plays a vital role in shaping the culture of our school. I encourage all parents and guardians to get involved—whether by volunteering, attending events, or joining one of our school organizations. Two great ways to stay connected and make a difference are through our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and our School Advisory Council (SAC). The PTO supports our staff and students while organizing fun, community-building events. The SAC meets monthly to help guide our school improvement efforts and monitor progress.

Thank you for entrusting us with your children each day. It is a responsibility I take to heart. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any member of our Castleview team if you have questions, concerns, or ideas to share.

Together, we will make this a fantastic year!

Best Regards,

Jonathan Rasmussen, Ed.D.
